just had a random thought while studying.. i miss my juniors :( from the fencers to the tarbet comm girls to my MT OG-lings :( hope the a levels are treating them well!! <3

its been exactly 2 months since justin flew to london! but some things never change :) including. how. he. annoys. me. ROAR! hahaha.

marketing is driving me maddd. GROWLLLLLLL. and its the cause of my reluctance to go out to study this week!! despite the fact that all the people who asked me to go out to study with them are among the only people that i'd even consider dragging my butt out of the house for, looking at my stack of marketing notes is enough to kill me :( im trying to spend as much time as i can doing marketing BUT im only on chapter 5. out of 10. save meeee. but good luck everyone!! :)

this christmas, i shall write a card to every single person i love!! :)

haha okay that was so random but i was just looking through the stack of cards i accumulated over the past 2 / 3 years and my heart just melted!! :) why did i stop writing then! haha okay cos.. ive no idea, really. anyway i realise that statement wasnt such a good idea cos people who read my blog and dont receive cards will be sad? hahaha its like addy says! and they'll think "oh no im not important to her / loved by her!!" butbut. i need to correct that cos if you are reading my blog, it means i love you enough to tell you about my blog! cos trust me, many people dont. haha or at least i dont think they do. even if they do, i didnt tell them. sooo. :) yes anyway point of this entry, I SHALL WRITE XMAS CARDS :) and if you think i love you but left you out, you can write me a new year card and then err i'll write you a cny card? hahahaha!! no but really i dont mind :D

the worst thing about the time difference is that you never get to talk impromptu :( and time can never move fast enough especially at times like this, when the one and only thing you want is to know that everything's okay :(

off-day tmr for the first time in almost 6 weeks!!! IM EXCITED :) then again, theres nothing to do tmr! okay nvm i shall studyyyy. hahaha. and wait for the night to come! yay okay how exciting. anyway today qiqi was so cute she wished me happy birthday :D cos its 03/11 and my birthday is 11/03? hahaha super funny that girl <3! and yayyy got to catch up with addy haha she was watching tv just now while i was watching my webcast! my webcast just ended haha reading some stuff now yay <3 addy! :D

you'd think that after 11 weeks of school (12 if you include recess week) i would know how to work the printer in the com lab. haha but apparently thats not the case cos till today i dont understand why my papers come out upside down? haha like if the first side is facing me the right way and i flip to the other side it'll be upside down! sigh. anyone has the answer? haha it just started to annoy me!!

the week ahead looks pretty good! only 1 meeting and no interviews :) i foresee a lot of time at home, i like!! haha okay that made me sound so. anti-social but the past week ive been home like only in the mornings and at night! and by morning i mean like i leave the house around 8? yay so anyway this week doesnt look that hectic but need to submit the stuff for FOC first proposal by saturday.. haha i hope it will go well! talking to tianwen about budget forecasting now HAHA. he just made me laugh cos he said "i feel like a fortune teller with so little facts" haha! come to think of it, thats quite true. hahaha we're getting estimates from the people who are gonna spend our money as well as the people who are gonna make money. whooo. okay back to stats tutorial then i can talk to justin more when he comes online! :) hope his lab report thing works out :)

somehow things always change just when you're getting used to a routine :( what to doooo. make your choices, live with it :)

i miss addyyyy :( and i didnt get to see jer this week! feels weird. haha. havent talked to sheryl for a long time too! should spend some time catching up with friends soon! final year papers in 4 weeks how fast is that! cant wait for dec :)

im at peace cos i finally made up my mind!! haha shall not say anything for now but i'll definitely keep you all posted if it does come through :) for now lets hope for the best :D:D (i know feli is hahaha!)

just finished watching the webcast for Living with Mathematics :) and i feel so smart and enlightened now! haha. how many of you knew that these words are actually acronyms for what they are? i sure didnt!

laser = light amplification by the stimulated emission of radiation
scuba = self-contained underwater breathing apparatus
jpeg = joint photographic experts group

isnt it cool :D haha and the lecturer was also teaching us how to decode barcodes! but of course you need the code list in front of you in order to read the numbers but it was exciting nonetheless! next time im gonna pay more attention to barcodes on the stuff i buy :D quite fun!

feels weird that justin isnt online tonight :( haha but its okay im going to take my flu medicine and have a date with my bed soon yay :)

oh and dinner with the sec4 girls yesterday was fun! miss seeing them around school :( but get-togethers every so often are always the highlight of my day :D

haha and i forgot to say this yesterday but.. MIDTERMS HAVE ENDED!!! yay :D:D:D haha 7 more weeks to final year papers >< kk better get started on marketing! enjoy elearning nus friends! :) and enjoy recess week smu friends! hahaha.

yayyy from a potentially long and lonely night, tonight's turning out to be better than expected!!!! :) haha i shall not say too much about it cos i'll sound deprived if i do but lets just say that long-distance relationships really arent fun :( and i wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy (not that i have one haha). butbut. i think we're coping well enough :) and just now i was comforting myself while reading 8Days haha cos fann wong was saying that for her, they spend more time apart than together but when they get together its the best feeling ever :) and that sort of reflects what im feeling now >< for the next 4 years we'll only be in the same country for 4 out of 12 months. NOT EVEN HALF THE YEAR. but im sure when we meet up things will be magical :) and while bathing just now i was trying to count, using what i learnt from living with math earlier today (omg im a mugger :)) but okay i didnt succeed with that technique but i managed to count nonetheless!

2 weeks down 34 to go 0.o hahaha! im amused with myself -.- oh and i think the cold air in london causes people to contract / shrink!!

so anyway! because im on skype now i shall stop blogging. haha and try to focus on my econs textbook which has been open in front of me for the past half an hour!

haha im so excited now! planning biz shirt + fbt day for the alum group tmr HAHA. we've been wanting to have one since forever, but we totally forgot about it until someone mentioned it during econs tutorial today! and so being the alum group rep i decided to really confirm it :D yay so fun so fun hahahaha who dares to say we dress sloppily tmr.. HA. :D okay but its really sloppy hahaha but nehmind la we only have one lecture whoohoo so fun! tmr i think our lecturer will notice us! if she doesnt then we must be really good at hiding. yayyy exciting!

then we were planning a back-to-school day like the medicine kids had but quite a few people dont want :( ohwell haha we'll see how that goes! but for now, biz shirt + fbts is very exciting already :D

and today is justin's first day of school! waiting for him to get back and tell me how it went :)
